At La Birria Tacos, we bring a unique spin on classic Mexican flavours with our Signature Quesa Birria Tacos and fan-favourite Sambal Belacan Fish Tacos, blending rich savoury tastes with bold local influences. 

Founded in 2023, we made our debut at the annual Gemilang Kampong Gelam Ramadan Bazaar, gaining traction as THE O.G. Muslim-owned birria taco stall that draws the longest queues.

Since then, we’ve expanded through various collaborations: with motherdough on a special one-day menu, a kitchen takeover at SANTAi Bistro & pop-ups at various events SUCH AS ARTBOX , Gempak!, and the grand opening of rookies store.
